Accident just happened? Call 999 (or 112 from a mobile phone) first. We are not an emergency service.
After a road accident, you are not alone.
We are a volunteer-run association in Penang. We listen, help you find welfare support from others, and share practical information after an accident.
What we do
We are a new association. This is the help we can offer right now.

How it works
- 1
Contact us
Send a message on WhatsApp or email. Tell us what happened.
- 2
We listen and understand
We ask what you need, with respect and care for your privacy.
- 3
We try to connect you
We share information and try to link you with the right people. We cannot promise outcomes.
Before you contact us
We are a new, volunteer-run association. For now we do not provide direct financial aid, and we do not give legal, medical or insurance advice. We can listen, share general information and try to connect you with support from others.
Step by step after an accident
General guidance, not legal advice. The full checklist is on the guide page.
- 1Immediately
Make sure everyone is safe
If you can, move vehicles to a safe place and switch on hazard lights. Do not move a seriously injured person unless there is immediate danger.
- 2Immediately
Get emergency help
Call 999 (or 112 from a mobile phone) if anyone is hurt.
- 3At the scene
Record details and evidence
Take photos of the vehicles, the location, road signs and any injuries. Note registration numbers and the details of other drivers and witnesses.
- 4Within 24 hours
Make a police report
In general, a police report should be made as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
- 5As soon as possible
Tell your insurer
Check your policy for the time limit and how to make a claim.
- 6Always
Keep all records
Keep the police report, medical records, receipts, photos and insurer letters together in one place.
Join our volunteer team
We are looking for volunteers: content writers, designers, translators, programme helpers and more. A few hours a month makes a real difference.
