A new, volunteer-run association with one purpose: no road accident victim in Penang should have to face it alone.
Who we are
PSBMKJPP is a state-level association established in Penang in 2026. We are registered under the Societies Act 1966.
We are new and are building our support step by step. We would rather be honest about what we can and cannot do than make promises we cannot keep.
Our aims
- Support road accident victims and their families.
- Share information and guidance on rights and the steps commonly taken after an accident.
- Act as a point of referral for finding welfare support from others.
- Raise public awareness of road safety and accident prevention.

Every case is different. We ask and listen before suggesting anything.

We do not promise help we cannot give, and we will say so if we cannot help.
